Our consultation is offered to any size business or organization, and basically takes the following approach. 

1. We initiate our consultation process by sending you a detailed questionnaire. This written instrument provides us an introductory understanding of your industry and your organization’s role within it. The collected data allows us to conduct preliminary research into your industry or area of activity and of your organization.
   
2. Subsequently, we conduct an in-depth personal* interview with you and, if applicable, multiple stakeholders within your organization. This session enhances our understanding of your operations, processes, perceived or experienced hurdles, concerns, and more. Depending on your organization’s size and nature, this phase may last several hours or longer.
   
3. Armed with the collected information, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your business and its processes. We aim to identify and categorize as many elements as possible using a templated list of categories (IP: AI4My.business). This categorization, based on our prior knowledge, gives an initial indication of which areas may be at risk, neutral, or hold potential opportunities considering the AI-driven changes. Throughout this stage, we may reach out to you or other members of your organization to deepen our understanding and fine-tune our contribution.
   
4. We then draft a report detailing suggestions, areas of focus, and potential proposals for tangible change. This report is presented to you in person*, likely sparking further discussion.
